We collect feedback from users all the time, and in a range of ways. In person meetings, user research sessions, forums, the blog, anecdotal comments, the list goes on. All of this feedback is essential for understanding the challenges and barriers the industry faces when considering performance analysis and its integration with the design process.
In addition to the day to day feedback we collect, every few years we put out a survey to understand the state of the industry and help us prioritize our development plans. As we start to expand and grow the capabilities of Insight 360, we want to check in with users (and non-users) about how we can continue to develop the toolsets to provide the most value.
