What a week it has been, having one event and two two big announcements in the span of a single week! We had the last ever RTC, held in Porto, Portugal. The first announcement being the event being renamed to better reflect current and future direction (refer blog post). The second announcement: that the much anticipated registrations for BILT Asia 2017 are now open!
Not only is this going to be the first-ever BILT event, but this heralds our return to Asia after a year-long gap. This has given us time to assess achievements and lessons learned from the first conference (then RTC) in Singapore in 2015.
For starters, we have determined that it is best to bring the conference back to Singapore. This provides the opportunity to establish deeper roots in our BIM community in Asia before we scope other locations for future events.
