From the Autodesk App Store:

This application will upgrade all your Autodesk® Revit® files [*.rvt – *.rfa   – *.rte] (Project files, family files and template files) to be compatible with Revit 2017.

Choose from these options:

1. Overwriting the same file.
2. Use the same file name but add any suffix you would like.
3. Upgrade all to another directory.
