When someone was clicking ‘Sync to Central’ constantly, instead of ‘Save to Local’. Not only was this making it hard to sync for valid reasons, if you have a remote server, its possible that this could take upto half an hour due to latency (I’ve had this at a previous office, and the answer was to move said server to the local office).
