Once again in 2018, the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors will join us as an official supporter at BILT ANZ in Brisbane. In 2017, we were joined by Peter Clack, the then president of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS). We had a number of sessions geared for Quantity Surveyors, that sparked some fantastic discussions centred around the future of the QS industry and how it stands to benefit from better use of technology. Discussion was also held on the benefits to the project on early involvement of the QS in the modelling process.
Based on feedback, for this year’s event, we’ve put together a schedule with multiple sessions that are geared for multiple types of professionals. AIQS (and BILT, in support) see that the future of our industry is best served by actively breaking down the silos traditionally present.
