The Nemetschek Group just announced that its software subsidiary Nevaris bought the German market leader for mobile construction site management.

“Our Nevaris brand is a technology leader in digital construction processes and offers one of the most widely used business management solutions for large construction companies in Central Europe,” Patrik Heider, spokesman of the Executive Board of the Nemetschek Group, said in a company statement. “With the software, construction projects can be planned, conducted and completed in 5D, i.e., including the dimensions time and cost. By acquiring 123erfasst.de, Nevaris is further expanding its leading market position and becoming an indispensable part of the digital construction site.”

Nevaris, a German company that develops and distributes construction and building management software, purchased 123erfasst.de GmbH, an app-based provider of project management and construction documentation. The 123erfasst app is designed to let people record data on their phones, which is then sent to the company’s server, and it’s meant specifically to be used in locations without cell phone reception.
