US based Rise Architecture is inviting application for the position of a motivated Architectural Designer/ Site Surveyor with at least 3 years of experience to work in tandem with the team.
The prospective candidate has to deal with the interior renovations for multi-family buildings and commercial properties. Rise Architecture has been in business since 2010, and has completed over 800 projects, located in the 5 boroughs in New York City.
Duties & liabilities:
a. The candidate has to calculate the sites interior/exterior in all 5 boroughs, mostly small apartments but also retail stores and manufacturing spaces, roofs, etc.
b. Arrange construction/ filing sets in Autocad according to city requirements and codes.
c. Ability to contact clients through email or phone to schedule site visits.
Requirements:
a. At least 3 yrs experience in similar field.
b. Sound knowledge in Autocad and it is mandatory.
c. Capability in measuring sites.
