I’m happy to introduce ARK, ArchSmarter’s new online community. It’s is a place where AEC professionals can meet, collaborate, and share knowledge. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I’m very excited it’s finally taking shape.
As a community of AEC professionals, we all have a lot to offer. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned professional, there’s a lot we can learn from each other. Unfortunately, there aren’t many opportunities to get together and talk shop. Conferences are great for this but require time away from work and family. Online forums are good for asking questions but not for building connections with people. And social media is just so noisy and distracting.
I created ARK as an online space that offers more. More personal interaction than a forum and more deliberate focus than social media. It’s a community where like-minded AEC professionals can collaborate and share. It’s a place where we can band together to work smarter and design…
