This workshop introduces features, workflows, and concepts for creating 3D Power BI reports using Tracer IFC. Tracer IFC provides a toolkit for processing IFC files (‘Industry Foundation Class’) for use in data-centric Business Intelligence workflows. The workshop also introduces concepts for leveraging BIM data during building design, construction, and operations.
IFC files can be created using most BIM authoring applications including Revit, Archicad, Tekla, Vectorworks, and more! Tracer equips users to use these IFC files to present geometry and data in Power BI – a powerful Business Intelligence platform.
