Dynamo Visual Programming for the Real World

Computational design through Dynamo for Autodesk Revit is often demonstrated and relegated to the abstract or highly-theoretical project environment.

In this webinar, we break down the myths about Dynamo, and show practical applications to real-world projects.

Dynamo is a visual programming environment for BIM. It extends the parametric capabilities of Revit with the data and logic environment of a graphical algorithm editor. Uniquely, it is an open source project, which lets developers and designers extend it, not just use it.

We give users an understanding of the power of visual scripting, plus the link between Dynamo and Revit. We also show you how to use Dynamo for simple calculations, through to creating and modifying Revit geometry programmatically.

This webinar was presented by Glenn Sinclair, Technical Consultant, A2K Technologies.
