In one of the updates to Keynote manager 14 Steve Faust added a reload button. It does exactly what you think it does it reloads the keynote file of the current Revit project. I wish regular Revit had this button, because having to dive into the Keynote dialog to do this is kind of a pain. I guess this is why Steve added the button to his pallet.
