You have no idea where I am as I write this blog post. And it doesn’t matter.
What does matter is that when the idea struck me, I had the appropriate tool at hand that I could just write this down.
I am certainly not encouraging anyone to be “on” 100% of the time. But part of the job of a CAD/BIM support person is to share knowledge. And many times the inspiration or need to share will hit when you do not expect it.
Be sure you are equipped properly to effectively document what you need to document whenever and wherever you want to.
